What We DoPractical Leadership institute (PLI)

By the independent movement by foreign policy, President Syngman Rhee accomplished a great achievement of independence, founding and protecting the nation by making an alliance with USA. Korea and USA alliance, so called the ROK-US Mutual Defense Agreement has been a foundation of democratization and industrialization of Korea.

Getting out of China, a continental power, and making an alliance with USA caused a great advancement of Korea. These days however, there are signals to return back to the continental power.
